When the high pressure heater is working normally, the inlet / outlet three-way valve is opened in the main road and the bypass is closed, and the water supply enters high from the main road. When the high pressure heater fails and needs to be repaired, the valve disc moves downward under the pressure difference between the upper and lower chamber of the hydraulic cylinder, and close the main road and open the bypass within 5 seconds, so that the feed water can enter the boiler through the bypass.
