Product Introduction

The Jewel Bearing Flow Meter Mechanical Body (IFJM01) uses jewels as supports at both ends of the turbine shaft, reducing the start-up displacement and improving the instrument’s sensitivity. One of the features of this instrument is its durability, as the casing design provides excellent protection for the turbine. The instrument is suitable for different well angles.

The IFJM01 Jewel Bearing Flow Meter Mechanical Body can be connected to the HTF01 for measuring downhole flow parameters. The mechanical body is primarily composed of the upper connector, lantern body, turbine, and central shaft. The central shaft is supported by jewel bearings at both ends. When fluid flows axially through the turbine, it drives the turbine to rotate, causing the magnets on the magnet holder assembly at the upper end of the central shaft to rotate. This triggers a response from the Hall device assembly installed in the HTF01 sensor section, generating 10 pulses per revolution. These pulses can be processed by subsequent circuitry.
