The TORLEO Tubeless Installation Intelligent Valve Positioner is used in conjunction with pneumatic control valves (such as diaphragm control valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, etc.) and is widely applied to the precise control of flow and other parameters in the production processes of high-temperature and strong-vibration working environments in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, electric power, and paper-making.

Product Features:

- The IP adopts the nozzle-baffle + membrane valve structure, with a static air consumption of less than 25L/h and strong capabilities of resisting dust, moisture, and oil stains on site.

- Besides the conventional reset control, users can make a choice. By simply equipping with a pneumatic lock valve, it can easily achieve the three-interruption (power interruption, signal interruption, and air supply interruption) position-holding control.

- The product is equipped with built-in buttons and a large-sized liquid crystal display, facilitating on-site operation by users.

- HART7 version communication and 4 - 20mA valve position feedback output can be configured by users.

- The flow characteristics such as valve linearity, quick opening, equal percentage, and user-defined settings can be arbitrarily set, facilitating valve control.

- One-key auto-tuning operation, which is foolproof.

- Adopting advanced composite control algorithms, it can achieve a control accuracy of 1 - 0.3%.

- Simple menu operation settings solve the problems of maintenance and interchangeability of intelligent positioners in on-site applications and online production.

- The built-in PST (Partial Stroke Testing) facilitates the SIS (Safety Instrumented System) control of shut-off valves.

- The built-in mechanical contact output facilitates on-site interlock control.
