Product features:
① Designed for the excavation working face with a tunnel height of 3.5~4.8 meters;
② The middle part of the unit is designed with an onboard high-torque water exploration drilling rig, which can be used for head-on water exploration holes, gas exploration holes and other construction operations. It has the advantages of strong power, stable operation, long drilling distance and high construction efficiency;
③ Two sets of drills and onboard anchor drilling rigs are set on the left and right sides of the unit, both of which are controlled by the hydraulic system, and the two sets of drill arms and onboard anchor drilling rigs can be operated independently at the same time without interfering with each other;
④ The left and right two sets of all-round drill arms and propulsion mechanisms can achieve 360° rotation to meet the mechanized construction of full-section anchors and anchor cable holes in the well;
⑤ The structure adopts a four-link lifting mechanism to increase the overall lifting platform. The operator can adjust up and down through the platform lifting according to the height of the tunnel;
⑥ It is equipped with a temporary support device that can be lifted and lowered. The support top plate has an unfolded width of 2.8 meters and a support force of 20kN, which effectively ensures the safe working environment of the operator;
⑦ Equipped with a 60-meter automatic cable winding device.
