Recently, Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has floated a tender Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 220kV(GIS)/132kV Substation at Dhugesanghu(Taplejung District).

Invitation for Bids No: KOSHI/NEA/KC-6.

The deadline of this tender is June 15, 2026, before 12:00 noon. This is a tender for the EPC contract of a new GIS substation. There are requirements to supply Power Transformers, Station Transformer, Outdoor electrical equipment, Indoor Switchgear, CRP, Automation system, Telecommunication system (FOTE) and others along with the GIS equipment.

Here, we are approaching you for the quotation and the qualifying credential document of 220kV GIS Equipment, 220kV SF6 Circuit Breaker, 220KV LIGHTING ARRESTER, 220KV CURRENT TRANSFORMER, 220KV ISOLATOR, 220KV Control & Relay Panel. Please note, the credential document should be in conformity with the Manufacturer's Qualification Criteria set by the employer.

To qualify as the supplier during the tendering phase below credential documents shall be required from your end:

1.ISO Certificate with valid dates

2.Company Incorporation Certificate

3.Factory License

4.Supply/ Sales Record

5.End User Certificate or Performance Certificate of the Equipment (as specified in the attached qualification criteria)

6.Type Test Reports (in conformity with the TS)

7.Filled Technical Data Sheets (in the attached NEA format)

8.Literature document in the form of drawings or other data
