Delivery Period: Strictly in accordance with the specification set out in Appendix 1 of the Draft Contract (Volume 1, Part 3 of the procurement documents)

Place of Delivery: The primary delivery location NUTS code is HU23303; detailed delivery address is provided in the Draft Contract (Volume 1, Part 3 of the procurement documents)

Scope of Supply: Including but not limited to pump equipment and installation supervision services; all detailed requirements are specified in Volume 2 of the procurement documents and the specification (Appendices 1.1, 1.2 of the Draft Contract, Volume 1, Part 3). Partial bidding or partial supply is not permitted.

Payment Terms: In accordance with the Draft Contract; the procuring entity reserves the right to reduce or completely cancel the advance payment. Bidders may not propose any commercial deviations from the terms of the Draft Contract; only grammatical and technical errors may be corrected.

Procurement Budget (Initial Maximum Contract Price):

For residents of the host country (Hungary): Maximum EUR 2,497,607.40 (including 27% Hungarian VAT), of which EUR 2,386,736.40 for the equipment part and EUR 110,871.00 for the installation supervision part.

For residents of Russia, the European Union, and third countries: Maximum EUR 1,966,620.00 (excluding VAT), of which EUR 1,879,320.00 for the equipment part and EUR 87,300.00 for the installation supervision part.

For cases where 0% VAT applies: Maximum EUR 1,966,620.00 (including 0% VAT).

The bidder's total price and each unit price must not exceed the corresponding maximum limits above. The contract price must cover all costs for completing the scope of work.
