Procurement Details

1. Purchaser

LLP “Oil Services Company” is collecting supplier quotations for its 2027 procurement demand. The required product is a 40-ton truck-mounted APRS workover rig.

The purchaser requests suppliers to submit price quotations based on the attached technical specification. If the supplier is unable to provide the product, a written reply by email is also requested.

3. Procurement Quantity

The total procurement quantity is 4 units.

Among them, 3 units will be delivered to the Zhetybay oilfield in Mangystau Region, Kazakhstan.

Another 1 unit will be delivered to the Kalamkas oilfield in Mangystau Region, Kazakhstan.

4. Equipment Application

The equipment is mainly used for the repair and development of oil and gas wells.

It should be capable of performing operations such as moving from well to well, installation and dismantling of wellhead equipment, drilling out cement bridges and sand plugs, well flushing, setting cement bridges, and well commissioning after completion of drilling operations.

The equipment should also support mechanized make-up and break-out operations, as well as running and pulling operations for tubing, drill pipes, casing pipes, and sucker rods.

5. Main Technical Requirements

The rated load of the equipment shall be no less than 40 tons.

The maximum hook load shall be no less than 45 tons.

The chassis shall adopt a 6×6 configuration.

The engine shall be a diesel engine, with an emission standard not lower than Euro 5.

The maximum engine power shall be no less than 283 hp / 208 kW.

The equipment shall be suitable for operation at ambient temperatures from -40°C to +50°C.

The fuel tank capacity shall be no less than 300 liters, and a mounting position for a fuel metering sensor shall be reserved.

6. Mast and Hoisting System Requirements

The mast shall be a two-section telescopic, inclined structure with an open front face.

The height from ground level to the crown block axis shall be no less than 19.5 meters.

The maximum hook lifting height shall be no less than 15.5 meters.

The traveling system shall be a six-line system, with a 3×4 reeving arrangement.

The main hoisting wire rope diameter shall be 22 mm.

The equipment shall be equipped with 2 auxiliary winches, hydraulically driven, each with a lifting capacity of no less than 3 tons.

7. Configuration Requirements

The equipment shall include the chassis, driller/operator cabin, two-section telescopic mast, main winch, auxiliary winches, traveling system, hydraulic outriggers, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical system, lighting system, safety protection devices, and emergency drive system.

The equipment shall also be equipped with explosion-proof LED lighting, 24V working and emergency lighting, an electro-hydraulic emergency drive device, rear-view camera, and audible and visual reversing warning functions.

All electrical equipment, control boxes, and distribution boxes used in explosive and fire-hazardous areas shall adopt explosion-proof design.

8. Vehicle Monitoring Requirements

The equipment shall be equipped with a vehicle monitoring system, GPS terminal, fuel level sensor, and fuel flow sensor.

The vehicle monitoring system shall support real-time positioning, driving direction, speed, sudden acceleration, sudden braking, speeding monitoring in designated speed zones, low-beam headlight usage monitoring, and seat belt usage monitoring.

The GPS terminal shall be capable of data transmission and system integration, and shall comply with relevant metrological registration requirements in Kazakhstan.

9. Quotation Requirements

The supplier’s quotation document shall include an outgoing reference number, date, and contact information.

The commercial proposal shall be addressed to:

The quotation shall specify the inquiry name or product name, and provide detailed prices and complete technical parameters.

The quotation trade term shall be:

DDP, Incoterms 2010

The commercial proposal shall be signed by the head of the company and stamped with the company seal.

10. Delivery Requirements

The delivery locations are the Zhetybay oilfield and Kalamkas oilfield in Mangystau Region, Kazakhstan.

Technical documentation for the equipment shall be provided in Kazakh and Russian.

The documentation shall include the equipment passport, operation manual, and spare parts catalogue.

11. Acceptance and Certification Requirements

The supplier shall be responsible for coordination of technical documentation, interim acceptance during manufacturing, factory installation testing, and mast testing.

The purchaser requires that 5 specialists from the purchaser’s side be invited to the manufacturer’s factory to participate in relevant acceptance and testing procedures, with the related costs borne by the supplier.

Measuring instruments included in the equipment shall be registered under Kazakhstan’s national metrology system and obtain corresponding metrological certification documents.

The supplier shall also be responsible for the initial local registration of the specialized vehicles.

12. Warranty Requirement

The equipment warranty period shall be no less than 12 months.

The warranty period shall start from the date of signing the equipment acceptance documents.

13. Suitable Suppliers
