处理能力：300 t/h
工作压力：0.12 MPa - 除盐凝结水汽水加热器
型号：PN-250-16-7-Ivm
被加热侧处理能力：300 t/h
二、供应商要求
供应商需具备上述设备的设计和制造能力，并提供以下资料：
- 电厂除氧及换热设备的相关制造经验；
- 同类型、同规模设备的生产能力说明；
- 类似项目供货业绩，电厂项目优先；
- 初步交货周期；
- 大致价格区间；
- 根据现有参数出具初步技术计算或选型说明。
三、采购说明
本次为供应商初步筛选及前期询价，现阶段重点评估供应商的技术能力、制造能力、类似项目经验、交货周期及初步价格。
俄罗斯市场所涉及的认证及许可要求将在后续阶段沟通。本阶段暂不要求提交完整认证资料。
供应商确认具备承接能力后，采购方将提供完整技术规格书，用于进一步技术审核及正式报价。
