Fifth, strengthen environmental safety, implement the requirements of the "Ecological Environment Code of the People's Republic of China," promote the construction of green construction sites, and strive to build green projects. Sixth, strengthen technological empowerment, actively carry out technological innovation, research and apply advanced construction technologies, and continuously improve the construction quality of new units through new methods.
