The company stated that the plant will primarily serve customers in the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR), Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, and surrounding areas.

The new facility features dedicated production lines for paper bags, with the company noting that growing demand in the quick-commerce sector was a key driver for this investment. The plant is also capable of producing other packaging formats such as folding cartons and rigid gift boxes.

Canpac stated that the plant was designed with a strong focus on sustainability and logistics efficiency, aiming to shorten order lead times for regional customers.
