According to the announcement, the company has formally signed the "Zhejiang Huadian Tonglu Baijiang 88MW Agro-Photovoltaic Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project EPC General Contracting Contract" with Huadian New Energy Baijiang (Tonglu) Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd.

In this project, Huadian Engineering leverages its mature technology and project experience across the entire process of design, manufacturing, and construction to provide a customized one-stop comprehensive solution for flexible supports. This marks Huadian Engineering's first EPC project achievement in the flexible support field, covering the entire chain from design and supply to installation, reflecting the company's comprehensive technical capabilities in the flexible support track.

The announcement also disclosed that Hongyuan Green Energy intends to participate as an investor in the pre-reorganization of Wuxi Suntech, with the signing of relevant agreements aimed at ensuring stable operations during the pre-reorganization period. Previously, the Wuxi Xinwu District People's Court had issued a decision on May 26, 2025, to conduct pre-reorganization for Wuxi Suntech.
