en.Wedoany.com Reported - On October 8, Bitdeer Group's Bitdeer AI signed a 10-year data center service agreement, securing 67MW of IT load capacity at the A901 artificial intelligence data center in Malaysia. The facility plans to deploy NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 liquid-cooled rack-level computing systems, with capacity delivery expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027 and full capacity delivery to be completed in the second quarter. Following this signing, the company's globally secured data center capacity has increased to approximately 273.5MW.

A901 will become Bitdeer AI's third data center location in Malaysia, following the previous two facilities in Cyberjaya and Johor. This agreement adopts a data center service model and is included in the company's computing infrastructure capacity that it already owns or has obtained through formal service agreements. The company has not yet disclosed the specific construction address of A901, the names of the data center owner and operator, nor the total amount of the service agreement.

The new facility plans to adopt liquid-cooled infrastructure designed for rack-level computing, compatible with NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems, for enterprise-level artificial intelligence computing tasks. The project announcement explicitly states that 67MW refers to critical IT load capacity and does not describe it as total power load including cooling, power supply and distribution, and other auxiliary facilities. The specific number of GPUs to be deployed, the scale of liquid-cooling equipment procurement, and the per-rack power configuration have not yet been disclosed.

With the inclusion of A901, Bitdeer AI's secured artificial intelligence cloud data center capacity in Malaysia, Norway, and the United States has reached approximately 273.5MW, equivalent to approximately 78% of the company's target of delivering up to 350MW of computing facility capacity by the first quarter of 2028. The company will gradually obtain the corresponding IT load capacity in accordance with the delivery schedules agreed upon for each facility.
