Wedoany.com Report-Sept. 8, The Brazilian company Jacto launched the T100 agricultural drone in partnership with DJI at Expointer 2025, one of Latin America’s largest agricultural trade fairs, held in southern Brazil. The event was covered on-site.

In 2024, Jacto had already entered the agricultural drone market as distributor of DJI models Agras T50 and T25P, designed for spraying and spreading, along with the Mavic 3M imaging drone equipped with a multispectral camera for monitoring crop growth. At this year’s edition, the highlight was the debut of the DJI Agras T100. Jacto stated: “Powerful and versatile, the T100 arrives with even more advanced solutions for spraying and precision agricultural applications.”

One of the main features of the T100 is its high operational capacity, with a 100-liter liquid tank and an optional 100-kg solids system, enabling longer operation with fewer stops. Jacto emphasized the drone’s “unprecedented lifting capacity of up to 100 kg, expanding its versatility in the field,” as well as its “dual high-flow atomization system, delivering spray rates of up to 30 liters per minute with two nozzles — up to 87% greater output than the previous generation.”

The company also highlighted its durability and efficiency, noting: “Thanks to its high-flow magnetic pump resistant to corrosive products, the drone optimizes input usage while reducing operating costs and environmental impacts.” Beyond liquid spraying, the T100 applies fertilizers, seeds, and animal feed with its 100-kg solid spreading system, reaching speeds of up to 50 km/h.

Jacto representatives underlined the drone’s advanced support technologies, pointing to its “smart power system: equipped with the DB2160 rechargeable battery with charging times of 7 to 9 minutes (30% to 95%), supplied with three units as standard.” The T100 also comes with “onboard safety and technology: a LIDAR system that automatically detects power lines and branches, coupled with 360° obstacle detection sensors.”

According to Sergio Silveira, Sales Coordinator at Jacto: “Beyond the technology itself, Jacto offers peace of mind to farmers through its nationwide Master Dealer Network, with specialized technical support, readily available parts, and rapid logistics. The drone also comes with insurance, a 24-month warranty, and special financing options.”

At Expointer 2025, Jacto’s booth displayed a range of solutions including tractor-mounted and self-propelled sprayers, planters, spreaders, digital systems, and drones. The company stated: “This reaffirms Jacto’s commitment to offering technologies that increase productivity, reduce costs, and contribute to sustainability in agriculture.”

Carlos Daniel Haushahn, CEO of Jacto, added: “Expointer is a valuable space for close interaction with farmers and a showcase of innovation for agribusiness. This year, in addition to our traditional portfolio, we reinforced our partnership with DJI by introducing the T100 drone, equipped with application technologies that provide greater autonomy in crop management.”

With its advanced features, safety systems, and service support, the T100 reflects Jacto’s strategy to strengthen its position in precision agriculture and promote sustainable farming practices in Brazil.
