Central Fortune Creation Technology Group Co., Ltd. is a mixed-ownership enterprise jointly established by South China University of Technology and social capital, with a registered capital of 51.0386 million yuan. The company is dedicated to the research, development, production, and promotion of advanced road engineering materials. With over 20 years of technological breakthroughs and practical innovation, it has made significant progress in the field of green, low-carbon, high-performance road structures and materials, establishing itself as an industry leader in high-performance asphalt materials and ultra-thin pavement technologies.

The company has assembled a research and management team of over 50 professionals, including overseas returnee scholars, road engineering experts, PhDs, and master's degree holders. This includes 5 overseas returnee scholars and 9 PhDs, with scientific and technical personnel accounting for nearly 70% of the total workforce. The team excels in technological innovation, technology transfer, operational management, and international cooperation and exchange. The R&D team focuses on advanced green high-performance road engineering materials, leading internationally in areas such as "wide temperature range" modified asphalt binders, high-content SBS modified emulsified asphalt, nanoscale asphalt modification and recycled materials, and research on "superhydrophobic" and "quiet" asphalt concrete.

The independently developed "high-toughness ultra-thin asphalt wearing course" has overcome critical technical challenges in achieving high-performance ultra-thin asphalt wearing courses at the 1cm level. This technology system has been implemented in over 600 significant road sections domestically and internationally, including Shanghai Yan'an Road, the artificial island passage of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, roads around Beijing's National Medal Museum, roads supporting the Hangzhou Asian Games, main roads in Guangzhou's central urban area, main roads in Macao, the Kinshasa-Matadi highway reconstruction project in the Democratic Republic of Congo, roads in the magnesite mining area of South Africa's Energy and Metallurgy Special Economic Zone, and the PK2 BRT project in Senegal. The technology has been applied across 28 provinces, regions, and cities including Guangdong, Shanghai, Beijing, and Macao, as well as countries along the Belt and Road, covering an implementation area of over 30 million square meters.
