The company is a leading domestic manufacturer specializing in high-voltage disconnectors and earthing switches. It professionally produces AC/DC disconnectors and earthing switches of various structural types and models for voltage levels up to 1100kV and below, as well as open-type gas-insulated switchgear (GIS), complete transformer neutral-point protection devices, and other high-voltage switching equipment.
With a market share consistently ranking among the top three in China, the company is a key supplier to State Grid Corporation of China, China Southern Power Grid, and major power generation groups. Its products are deployed nationwide and exported to more than 20 countries and regions.
The company covers an area of 57,200m², with 14 production bays totaling 42,000m² and a final assembly workshop of 19,200m². It is equipped with over 150 advanced processing machines, including vertical machining centers, CNC horizontal boring and milling machines, CNC turning centers, automatic plasma cutting machines, and robotic welding stations. More than 80% of components are manufactured in-house, with 100% of critical parts self-processed. Switch assembly is carried out on production lines, standardizing assembly processes and inspection points to ensure product consistency and standardization. Annual production capacity of disconnectors reaches 30,000 units.
