The CS31A manual operating mechanism is a new type of manual mechanism independently developed by our company, primarily used for the opening and closing operations of outdoor high-voltage isolating switches and grounding switches. The manual mechanism mainly consists of a base, gearbox, output shaft, turbine, worm, housing, auxiliary switch, and operating handle.

(1) Strong Applicability: CS31A manual operating mechanism can be equipped with outdoor isolating switches of 10kV, 40.5kV, 72.5kV, 126kV, and 252kV voltage levels, as well as grounding blades and grounding switches for 252kV, 363kV, and 550kV outdoor isolating switches.

(2) The operation is simple and smooth, with reliable self-locking performance.

(3) The auxiliary switch of the mechanism adopts a direct connection method, ensuring accurate and reliable operation.

(4) The structure of the mechanism is simple, with a reasonable layout, and components are interchangeable, facilitating inspection, maintenance, or replacement of parts.

(5) The reduction system of the mechanism uses wide-temperature lubricating grease, enabling maintenance-free operation.

(6) The mechanism connects to the isolating switch (or grounding switch) using a clamp plate connection, eliminating the need for on-site welding.

(7) The overall mechanism uses sealing rings (gaskets) and embedded assembly, providing strong waterproof, dustproof, and anti-corrosion capabilities.
