Our History Fibergrate began manufacturing in 1966 in the residential garage of William C. Coonrod where he created the first corrosion resistant molded fiberglass grating panel and incorporated his new business in the name of Fibergrate Corporation. Under his direction, throughout the next several years, Fibergrate expanded its product line to include FRP gratings in several configurations, stair treads, handrails, grating legs, and other structural products for use in corrosive environments. Fibergrate then branched out into the fabrication field to design, engineer and assemblies. In 1972, Fibergrate moved the manufacturing facility to Stephenville, Texas 85 miles southwest of Dallas, retaining its corporate offices in Addison. Coonrod gradually transferred his attentions from general to financial management of the company, and in 1986, sold Fibergrate Corporation to its employees. In 1995, Fibergrate purchased another powerful name in the industry, Chemgrate Incorporated. With the combined efforts of these industry leaders, Fibergrate continued to grow and was noticed by an influential industrial company and investment group - RPM International Inc. In 1996, Fibergrate was acquired by RPM International Inc. a company already familiar with the industrial marketplace. Today with the backing of RPM, a four billion dollar corporation, Fibergrate continues to grow and expand into new markets with innovative products and diverse applications.

As a plastic containers solutions provider, our responsibility is to meet the everyday needs of all our customers, anticipate goals and needs, and respond creatively and competitively with products and services that surpass your needs and expectations. As you learn about us, you will see our dedication to quality and innovation. "The relationships you make with your customers are as important as what you make." –William Scott, Fibertech, Inc. President While other material handling product manufacturers may claim to be the largest with multiple plants, few can equal Fibertechs commitment to customers. The heart of our company is based solely on the relationships with our customers. We believe the bottom line is not what has grown our company rather, it’s our customers and our responsibility and commitment to them. Every product we produce is a testament to our dedication to quality, durability and skill as experts in the field. History From humble beginnings in a small repair shop with one customer, founder William Scott envisioned more. Fibertech Inc. took the knowledge gained from repairing damaged containers and began designing and manufacturing a more durable, better quality container. In 1999, the Fibertech Inc. brand of bulk containers was introduced to the industry as one of the most durable, longest-lasting containers on the market. Starting from the material handling products needs of our customers, we have continued to expand our product line, adding plastic pallets, plastic lockers, and numerous custom projects, as well as implementation of a recycling program. In 2010, Fibertech Inc. moved to a more centrally located state-of-the-art facility in Elberfeld, Indiana. With more space, the new building supports the companys strategic objectives to further expand product lines. Through the years, Fibertech Inc. has instilled and maintained a customer-focused philosophy. We are a service-focused manufacturing company that still believes in old-fashioned business principles. Our employees are dedicated and take great pride in producing quality products.

The company has been providing quality FRP equipment to the chemical, chlor-alkali, power and pulp & paper industries since 1982. From the beginning, serving these industries meant manufacturing equipment for the most severe chemical environments for which FRP is used. In those early years, customers were demanding higher quality and longer service life and the company set its sights on meeting those demands. Fibrex quickly earned the reputation for combining superior quality with the technical capability and output capacity required to participate in major plant expansions and maintenance shutdowns. We have supported major industry projects throughout the U.S., as well as in Asia, South America and the Middle East. We have a strong appreciation of our customers need for long service life of equipment to assure continuity of operations. We also have a firm grip on causes of failure in FRP equipment systems in severe chemical environments. The companys task and vision is to manufacture products that solve problems and that outlast our customers expectations. Manufacturing Capabilities • Approximately 24,000 sq. ft. under cranes. • Three 40 ft. long pipe filament-winding stations. • Three 40 ft. long pipe hand lay-up turn stations. • Pipe sizes range from 1" to 96" diameter. • 90-degree smooth-turn ells up to 36" in diameter. • Integrally molded stub flanges up to 96" in diameter. • Tanks, scrubbers or process vessels up to 12 in diameter. • Custom molding of special equipment
