The HSD plant is divided in two production units (mechanic and electronic), one area focused on mechanical revisions, another area for Acceptance and Warehouse, one for Quality Control and another Metrological one which enjoys inside the Mechatronic Division for the park of instrumentations and facilities of control in equipment. Metrological area is also the center of gauging where Group companies instruments of measure come through for a periodic control in accordance with ISO 9001 rules. The two conditioning systems, one for production and the other exclusively for metrological area, guarantees a controlled atmosphere to maintain regular values of environment parameters like temperature and humidity. With the SEV buyout, during the May of 2000, HSD S.p.A. becomes also a producer of rotor-statoric units, among the main components of electrospindles. The plant of production is divided in three units (sheet metal shearing, mechanical workings and electrical windings unit), an area for Service and Warehouse, and one for Quality Control.
