The company had passed through several development periods of machinery manufacturing and in 1951 the company’s activity focused on manufacturing of the machine tools, especially of vertical lathes. In 1959 the company manufactured the first vertical lathe with continuous feeds and with the NC line motion control system equipped with the copying attachment. This vertical lathe was made on the base of the company’s own documentation. The well–proved vertical lathes with the automatic tool exchange performed from the tool magazine having fifteen positions were manufactured here as early as in 1974. During its existence the company has delivered more than 13 000 machine tools to 58 countries in the world. The company’s target is to keep the cooperation with foreign partners and customers also in the future and to develop it even more. The vertical lathes made in TOSHULIN, a. s. work reliably in hard production conditions very often for many dozen years.

Most products stem from internal development in some cases the company co-operates with research and test institutes and analogical departments of universities. 5M was founded in 1992 as a completely private and purely Czech company. Its founders has been involved in adhesive bonding, composites and sandwich constructions for a number of years before, therefore the tradition of development and production of these materials has continued for over than 25 years. Soon the company in America– Haws International – wanted Lennart Krusman to introduce their eye washes and emergency showers to the market. Since the 1920:s, Haws International has been building emergency showers are one of the leading companies in this area, in the world. Lennart accepted the challenge with great enthusiasm and found a new lifelong project. He enjoyed pioneer work, and here he had to butt and wrestle with the authorities in order to establish some kind of standards, similar to the ones in the US. Finally he succeeded in becoming the leading company on the Swedish market. In 1986, Krusman Nödduschar AB, started their own production, at first in co-operation with Haws International. The market expanded successively all over Scandinavia to finally take a step over to the rest of the European market. Krusman became one of the few approved suppliers to the oil platforms in the North Sea. The total experience, the high quality products and the ambition to always give the client the best possible solution, have resulted in improvement of “old” products and of course the development of new ones. This together makes a good foundation to build and work further on into the future. Today Krusman Nödduschar owns Pan Atlantic AB, a company well known for its water coolers. Therefor, the two companies have now purified their businesses and nowdays Krusman manufactures and distributes the emergency equipment only.
