We are able to handle shorter/specialty product runs as well as longer dedicated filling opportunities with in-line aerosol pressure sensitive capability. Our gas house can fill all hydrocarbon, nitrogen and carbon dioxide propellants. Batching and blending of your products would be handled in a dedicated pod adjacent to the filling area. Batch sizes range from 50 to 8,000 gallons and are processed in stainless steel or poly tanks utilizing various size mixing motors as required by the specific product. Six (6) of these tanks are jacketed for heating and cooling with (2) tanks being steam coiled. Experienced batch-makers handle both cold and hot liquids primarily of low to medium viscosity. The batching area has a UV water purification system along with de-ionization and softening capabilities. We also have more than 80,000 gallons of raw material storage capability. The multiple filling lines and equipment enable the company to fill orders from small specialty runs up to the largest runs. Product package sizes from as small as ounce up to bulk filling are within the capabilities of Cobitcos facility and personnel.
