Call for Tenders for Sewage Treatment Plant Construction by the Department for Contracting and Financing of EU-Funded Programs, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia

Project Title: Construction of Sewage Collection and Treatment System in the City of Čačak

Core Objective: Improve wastewater management in the City of Čačak, specifically the sewage collection system, and construct wastewater treatment facilities in accordance with the requirements of the EU Urban Wastewater Treatment Directive.

Scope of Works (Four Parts):

Design and construction of the Prelici Wastewater Treatment Plant, including construction of the access road to the plant.

Design and rehabilitation of three pumping stations (Ljubic Polje, Beljina, Kosutnjak), including construction of the access road to the Ljubic Polje pumping station.

CCTV inspection, design, and rehabilitation of sewage pipelines.

Supply of pipeline cleaning and inspection equipment.

Contractor's Responsibility: Provide facilities and equipment meeting the requirements, and execute all related design and construction works, including commissioning, testing, and handover upon completion.

Special Conditions:

Contract award is subject to prior signing of the financing agreement; if this condition is not met, the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure without any claim by the tenderers.

Direct award to the original contractor, without a new call for tenders, is permitted for similar works or services not exceeding 25% of the initial contract value, based on the original contract and via a negotiated procedure.
