Design Standard: Suitable for onshore oil and gas well drilling operations with a depth exceeding 5000 meters

Drive System: AC-AC Variable Frequency Drive, enhancing control precision and energy efficiency

Supporting Equipment: Includes but not limited to mast, substructure, drawworks, rotary table, mud pumps, power system, control system, well control equipment, and a complete set of drilling equipment

Mandatory Spare Parts: Must provide a list of critical spare parts required to ensure continuous operation of the rig

Project Content & Scope of Services:

Design Engineering: Provide overall rig design and engineering solutions compliant with international standards and Bangladesh regulations

Equipment Procurement & Supply: Responsible for global procurement and transportation of the main rig body, all ancillary equipment, and mandatory spare parts to the designated location in Bangladesh

Installation & Commissioning: Complete on-site installation, mechanical and electrical system commissioning of the rig at the wellsite designated by BAPEX

Testing & Acceptance: Conduct no-load and load tests to ensure the rig meets the technical performance indicators stipulated in the contract, and assist in passing BAPEX acceptance

Drilling Operation Support: Provide on-site technical guidance and operational support during the complete drilling operation of one well (from spudding to completion)

Comprehensive Maintenance Service: Provide preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repair services during the drilling operation to ensure trouble-free operation of the rig

Training Services: Provide systematic training for BAPEX operation and maintenance personnel

Documents & Deliverables: Provide a complete set of operation manuals, maintenance manuals, as-built drawings, and technical documentation
