Qualification Requirements:

Professional Qualification: A Class B license (for performing construction works of the second category) issued under the Law on Construction of North Macedonia is required, or foreign bidders must provide proof of equivalent validity issued by the competent national authority.

Business Registration: Proof of business registration documents are required.

Certificate from the competent authority confirming that no bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated
