Project Description: Scope of Works includes:

External Construction Works: Demolition of paving, earthworks, foundation waterproofing, ground hardening

Internal Construction Works: Floor renovation, internal wall damp-proofing, staircase renovation, installation of new internal and external doors, wall and ceiling renovation and painting

Thermal Node Installation Works: Electrical part, process part

Plumbing Installation Works: Water supply and sewage systems

Ventilation Works: Installation of gravity ventilation system (making openings, laying ducts)

Main CPV Code: 45214400-4 (Construction works for buildings relating to higher education)

Contract Implementation Period: 4 months

Bid Security: 6,000.00 Polish Zloty (PLN)

Qualification Requirements:

Economic and Financial Standing: Possession of financial resources or credit line of at least 200,000.00 Polish Zloty

Civil Liability Insurance: Possession of liability insurance related to the contract scope with a minimum coverage of 100,000.00 Polish Zloty

Technical and Professional Ability: Completion of at least 2 similar contracts within the last 5 years (or within the operating period if shorter). A similar contract refers to the renovation or construction of a thermal node with a power of at least 160 kW.

Key Personnel: At least 1 person with qualifications for installation of pipelines, heating, ventilation, gas, water supply and sewage facilities, and 1 person with qualifications for electrical and power installation. Each person must have at least 3 years of experience in their respective field.

Qualification Documentation Requirements: Include, but are not limited to, financial/credit proof from a bank/credit union, certificate of no arrears in taxes/social security contributions valid (issued no earlier than 3 months before submission), list of relevant professional personnel with qualification certificates, list of construction works completed in the last 5 years (with supporting documents), etc.

Consortium Bidding: Permitted. The consortium must appoint a leader and submit a consortium agreement specifying the scope of authorization. All consortium members must submit declarations regarding non-application of exclusion grounds and fulfillment of participation conditions.

Electronic Communication Requirements: Must be conducted via the https://e-propublico.pl platform. Tenderers must register an account on the platform and sign tender documents using a qualified electronic signature, trusted signature, or personal signature.

Exclusion Grounds: The Contracting Authority will exclude contractors for reasons specified in Article 7(1) of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special solutions to support aggression against Ukraine and to protect national security.
