Product Introduction
The double-slide triple-sealed hot air isolation door is an auxiliary boiler equipment that utilizes the abundant compressed air and sealing air in thermal power plants as power and sealing sources. It is primarily installed on the hot primary air inlet pipeline of the boiler's coal pulverizer. Before the development of this new product, conventional hot air isolation doors typically featured a single-slide structure, with one cylinder controlling the opening of the slide and another cylinder handling the locking. The closing, locking, releasing, and opening of the slide were interlocked by the control system, with signals sourced from limit switches. This structural design had unreliable feedback signals, where any signal interruption could prevent the isolation door from functioning. Additionally, single-side sealing under high temperatures often led to poor sealing, occasional jamming, wear-prone locking mechanisms exposed to the medium, difficult-to-replace sealing packing, and dust accumulation in the housing, all of which severely impacted the normal operation of the system and the safety of maintenance personnel.
