The metal compensator is an elastic component used to absorb the thermal expansion and contraction displacement of pipelines caused by temperature changes. It comes in various types: metal corrugated compensator, hinged coupling compensator, coupling compensator, sleeve compensator, and three-dimensional compensator.

Technical Parameters

The basic unit of the metal compensator is the "U"-shaped bellow, available in three wave heights: low, medium, and high (155mm, 205mm, 255mm). The cross-section can be square or circular, with circular sizes ranging from DN200 to DN3600 and square cross-sections from 0.12 m² to 30 m². By combining individual bellow units, various specifications of multi-wave compensators can be formed.
