Product Introduction

The regulating baffle damper is primarily composed of a frame, blades, sealing strips, main shaft, bearings, shaft seals, crank-link mechanism, and actuator (optional component).

The frame is formed by pressing steel plates, welding shaped steel, or casting. The blades are formed by pressing steel plates or casting, with a streamlined cross-section to ensure minimal medium pressure loss. For applications requiring shut-off functionality, special elastic sealing structures are incorporated between blades and between blades and the frame, ensuring a sealing rate of over 99% when the blades are closed. The blades and main shaft are connected using specialized fasteners, allowing any component to be disassembled after the regulating baffle damper is installed in the pipeline, facilitating convenient maintenance or replacement of parts during operation. The shaft neck adopts a specialized sealing structure and dedicated bearings, with the sealing structure providing excellent sealing performance, no external leakage, and high-temperature resistance. The dedicated bearings feature automatic alignment and compensation functions, automatically compensating for coaxial deviations between the front and rear shafts, ensuring low resistance, no jamming, and flexible rotation of the regulating baffle damper. The crank-link mechanism is equipped with dedicated bearings to ensure minimal transmission resistance.

Manual, electric, or pneumatic actuators can be directly connected to the drive main shaft or linked via a crank-link mechanism for remote transmission. Actuators can also be provided by the user.
