Product Introduction

The baffle-type shut-off damper, also known as a shut-off door, air duct baffle door, or flue baffle door, is commonly used in power plants or other industries within flues or air ducts to intercept the flow of media. The damper has a 90° opening and closing angle, providing both fully open and fully closed functions, allowing the medium in a specific pipeline system to either flow completely or be entirely shut off.

Technical Parameters

1. Working Pressure: Generally <26,000Pa; for large-scale shut-off baffle dampers or those with special requirements, please specify separately.
2. Working Temperature: Generally <350℃; for temperatures exceeding 350℃, please specify separately (high-temperature dampers can withstand up to 1100℃).
3. Drive Mode: Manual, electric, or pneumatic.
4. Actuator (Optional): 90° angular stroke partial rotary type, on-off type.
5. Sealing Effect: >99%; for special requirements, please specify separately (sealing effect can reach up to 99.5% or higher).
