Similar Project Experience: Proof of at least 2 comparable projects completed within the last 3 years.

Economic and Financial Requirements: Submission of A3.2 self-declaration (regarding grounds for exclusion), compliance declaration regarding Russian sanctions, and, if applicable, declarations for qualification borrowing and subcontractor use.

Quality Certification: Provision of CE certification and ISO 9001:2015 production quality management system certification. If certificates cannot be provided at the time of tender submission, a self-declaration is required, committing to provide relevant technical documentation and certifications as required during the project.

Award Criteria:

Price (60%): The bid price accounts for 60% of the evaluation weight.
