Ensure the quality, performance, and safety of the supplied materials meet international railway industry standards and Trenitalia's technical specification requirements.

Provide necessary technical support and documentation, such as product manuals, installation guides, maintenance manuals, etc., to facilitate use and maintenance by Trenitalia technical personnel.

Service Scope:

Pre-sales Service: Provide product consultation, technical selection, sample testing support, etc., to help Trenitalia select the most suitable bearings and metal components for its rolling stock.

During-sales Service: Ensure timely delivery of materials, provide necessary logistics tracking and information feedback, ensuring materials arrive safely and accurately at designated locations.

After-sales Service: Provide installation and commissioning, usage training, troubleshooting, and maintenance support to resolve issues encountered by Trenitalia during use. Establish a rapid response mechanism to ensure technical personnel can be dispatched promptly upon receiving fault reports.

Warranty Service: Provide warranty service for a specified period, offering free replacement or repair for materials with quality issues during the warranty period.
