Geographical Location: SDIC Qinzhou Power Generation Co., Ltd. is located in Qinzhou Port Economic Development Zone, Qinzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The specific address is No. 1 Guoying Avenue, Qinzhou Port, Qinzhou City, Guangxi.

Unit Information: The second phase constructed two 1000MW ultra-supercritical condensing steam turbine units.

Circulating Water Pump Type: 2200VZNM type extractable vertical mixed-flow pumps are used. The pump rotor components (mainly including impeller, impeller chamber, shaft, diffuser, inner connecting pipe, etc.) can be extracted for maintenance and repair without disassembling the pump outlet flange and pump casing.

Fault Situation: Since 2019, circulating water pump failures have occurred frequently, with multiple incidents of shutdown for maintenance due to excessive vibration. The connecting flange faces are severely corroded, and damaged components include diffuser cover flange, inner connecting pipe, seal ring, impeller, guide bearing, shaft sleeve, etc.

Material Specifications and Item Information:

Material Name: Pump Internals for 3B and 4B Circulating Water Pumps (Dual-Speed), a total of 2 sets.

Specific Components: Including but not limited to pump rotor components such as impeller, impeller chamber, shaft, diffuser, inner connecting pipe, as well as matching seals, bolts, and other accessories.

Technical Requirements: Must meet the usage requirements for seawater medium and vertical mixed-flow pumps, and adapt to the operating conditions of circulating water pumps for 1000MW unit capacity.

Project Content:

Renovation Scope: Upgrade and renovation of the pump internals for the two circulating water pumps (3B and 4B), including replacement of damaged components and improvement of equipment performance.

Renovation Objective: To solve the frequent failure problems of existing circulating water pumps, improve the stability and reliability of equipment operation, reduce unplanned shutdowns, and lower maintenance costs.

Service Scope:

Procurement Content: Procurement of pump internals and matching accessories, including equipment design, manufacturing, transportation, loading/unloading, installation guidance, commissioning, acceptance, training, and after-sales service, etc.

Delivery Period: All goods shall be delivered to the bid inviter's warehouse and pass acceptance inspection within 150 days after contract signing.

Quality Assurance: The bidder must provide free repair and replacement services within the warranty period to ensure normal equipment operation.

Bidder Qualification Requirements:

The bidder must be a domestic civil entity within the People's Republic of China.

The bidder must be a circulating water pump manufacturer or an agent. Agents must provide an authorization letter from the manufacturer specifically for this project or covering at least the project area (Guangxi).

From January 1, 2015, to the bid submission deadline, the brand of the offered equipment must have at least 1 domestic sales record for circulating water pumps (with seawater medium, vertical mixed-flow pumps) used in units with a single unit capacity of 600MW or above.

Joint venture bidding is not accepted for this tender.
