Project Background : In accordance with the roadmap of the « Digital Responsibility Strategy » and Decree No. 2023-266 (which sets reuse targets and methods for end-of-life IT equipment of the State and local authorities), the Region must implement standardized management of its end-of-life IT assets.

Project Content : Full lifecycle management of end-of-life IT equipment from the Region's Digital and Information Systems Directorate, prioritizing data security and environmental compliance.

Equipment Specifications : Covers desktops, laptops, servers, monitors, printers, tablets, network equipment, and various digital terminal peripherals. All equipment originates from the Region's daily office and public service systems.

Scope of Services : Includes on-site equipment collection, secure data destruction (complying with national information security standards), quality inspection and grading, professional refurbishment and upgrading, reuse through donation or market channels, non-hazardous dismantling, and environmentally friendly recycling.

Core Objectives : Maximize equipment lifespan, minimize environmental impact, and ensure absolute data security.
