The iSOM-SIS system can better provide online monitoring, SIS function integrity management, early warning and operation guidance in abnormal situations for the safety instrumented system. This system will manage real-time/event alarms analysis of the SIS system, interlock bypass monitoring and management, interlock instrument fault diagnosis and management, and SOE event accident analysis. Before a fault or interlock occurs in the SIS system, it diagnoses potential risks and prompts operators to handle relevant problems so that the plant enters the safety island, thus avoiding immediate interlock shutdown or accidents.
