Project Description: Tender for a framework agreement for BIENE project support services. Each lot requires one senior developer to provide services in the field of BIENE Inventory Management (Lot 1) and BIENE Accounts Receivable Management (Lot 2) to develop BIENE Master Phase 1, including supporting the pilot introduction phase in Bavaria.

Scope of Services: Lot 1: BIENE Inventory Management Support; Lot 2: BIENE Accounts Receivable Management Support. One senior developer is required for each lot.

II. Service Information

Service Type: IT Support Services / Software Development Consulting

Service Content: Provision of support services at the tenderer's location for the development of BIENE Master Phase 1 and support for the pilot introduction phase.

Service Period: The minimum contract duration is two years, extendable twice, each time for one year. The base contract period commits to a minimum of 360 person-days and a maximum of 440 person-days, with an estimated procurement volume of 400 person-days. If extended, an estimated 200 person-days per year, with a maximum of 220 person-days per year.

Service Team Requirements: One senior developer is required for each lot.

Exclusion Grounds: Declaration required to prove no serious misconduct, bankruptcy, unpaid taxes, etc.

Evaluation Method: Price is the sole criterion, with a weight of 100%.
