Project Description: The subject of the public procurement is the purchase and delivery of a Type C rescue vehicle. The SANITAS project is co-financed by the Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia cross-border program.

Project Background: This project is part of the cross-border cooperation project SANITAS, co-financed by the EU Interreg VI-A Italy-Slovenia Cross-border Cooperation Program. It falls under the program's "SCI 1 – Better Cooperation Governance" and "SCI 1.(b) – Strengthening effective public administration, particularly by removing legal and other obstacles in border regions, through promoting legal and administrative cooperation and cooperation between citizens, civil society actors and institutions" area.

Procurement Content: The procurement object is one Type C ambulance (Reševalno vozilo tipa C). Specific requirements include, but are not limited to, the following aspects:

Vehicle Type: Type C ambulance, compliant with relevant Slovenian and EU standards for medical emergency vehicles.

Purpose: Mobile medical unit for emergency medical rescue and patient transport.

Technical Requirements: Must meet the technical specifications detailed in the tender documents, including vehicle chassis, medical compartment layout, medical equipment configuration, communication systems, lighting and power supply systems, etc.

Certification and Compliance: The vehicle must comply with Slovenian road traffic regulations and relevant medical equipment certification requirements.

Delivery Requirements: Delivery to the specified location within the timeframe stipulated in the contract.

Project Service Scope:

Procurement and Delivery: The supplier is responsible for the complete procurement and delivery of the Type C ambulance, including manufacturing/importing the vehicle itself, modification, testing, preparation for registration, etc.

Warranty and After-Sales Service: The supplier must provide a warranty period compliant with Slovenian legal regulations and offer repair, maintenance, and spare parts supply services during the warranty period.

Document Delivery: The supplier must provide complete vehicle technical documents, user manuals, maintenance manuals, certification certificates, and documents required for registration along with the vehicle.

No grounds for exclusion as stipulated by the Public Procurement Act.
