Payment Method: Settled in Polish Zloty (PLN), specifics according to contract conditions. Subcontracting Allowed: Yes, the contractor may designate subcontractors. Contract Currency: Polish Zloty (PLN). Performance Bond: 5% of the total contract value (basic scope). VII. Bid Requirements Bid Language: Polish. Bid Submission Method: Electronic submission via procurement platform. Bid Bond: 1,830,000 PLN. Performance Bond: 5% of the total contract value (basic scope). Minimum Turnover Requirement: Minimum annual net revenue of 95,000,000 PLN in each of the last three years. Financial Capability Requirement: Financial resources or credit capacity of at least 24,000,000 PLN. Company Registration Requirement: Must provide proof of business registration. Similar Project Experience Requirement: Completion within the last 10 years of: a) construction or modernization of at least 10 km of double-track electrified railway line, of which at least 10 km under adjacent track operation conditions; b) construction or modernization of at least 10 km of traction network, of which at least 10 km under adjacent track operation conditions; c) installation or replacement of at least 10 switches; d) construction or modernization of at least 1 railway station, including at least 1 main track and 1 auxiliary track, platforms, and executed under station operation conditions; e) construction or modernization of at least 1 station centralized computer interlocking system for a station with at least 10 switches; f) construction or modernization of at least 1 line block system; g) construction or modernization of at least 3 bridges, viaducts or flyovers, including at least 1 railway bridge, viaduct or flyover with a maximum span of at least 15 m; h) construction or modernization of at least 1 railway underpass for pedestrians; i) design documentation for railway infrastructure of value not less than 5,000,000 PLN, covering at least three specialized areas. Project Manager Qualifications: Contract Director: at least 5 years' experience, managed at least two railway or road projects worth at least 100 million PLN each; Construction Manager: unlimited qualification for managing railway construction works, at least 5 years' experience; Signalling Manager: unlimited qualification for managing signalling system construction works, at least 5 years' experience; Lead Designer: unlimited qualification for railway engineering design, completed at least 1 railway infrastructure design project as lead designer within the last 10 years; BIM Manager: at least 6 months' experience in BIM management covering at least three specialized areas. Equipment Capability Requirement: As described in technical requirements. Consortium Bidding Requirement: Allowed, a representative must be designated. VIII.
