FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) products feature lightweight yet high strength, excellent insulation properties, resistance to acids and alkalis, anti-aging performance, and strong design flexibility, making them widely used in contact rail protection systems. Depending on the power supply configuration of the contact rail, in top-contact power supply systems, the main products include insulating supports, protective covers, and protective cover brackets; in bottom-contact power supply systems, the main products include integral insulating supports, various protective covers, and support clamps.
Based on the characteristics of metro lines, we have incorporated flame-retardant and low-halogen components into our product materials, minimizing potential harm to personnel in the event of a fire. With the continuous development of new materials, we have absorbed the experience of international counterparts and added materials such as PE and UPVC for support clamps and protective covers, providing owners with a broader range of product options tailored to different geographical and climatic conditions.
Protective Covers
FRP protective covers offer advantages such as high strength, good dimensional stability, excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and superior aging resistance.
Protective covers with cap ends for brackets are widely used domestically. The cap structure provides additional protection for the insulating support and enhances its electrical reliability under harsh climatic conditions. Another type, the openable cap-style bracket protective cover, combines the dual advantages of convenient maintenance and extra protection for the support.
