II. Technical Requirements

Technical Parameters: Single-mode fiber (Singlemode), Multi-mode fiber (Multimode), 48-fiber connections, Copper cable specifications (100 DA, 0.8 mm²).

Installation Requirements: Utilize existing cable trays for routing; new cable channels required in space-constrained areas (e.g., level -4).

Connection Requirements: At certain connection points (e.g., BOS center), the use of fiber optic connectors with an angled polish (Schrägschliff) may need to be considered.

III. Project Information

Scope of Works: Lay multiple fiber optic and copper cable lines from the UBFT area to the data processing rooms on levels -4 and -1 of OIP-PNZ. Connect two single-mode fibers from each of the two data centers. Route one fiber optic and one copper cable from UBFT on level -3 to the OIP data processing room on level -4. Install two 48-fiber single-mode connections and one copper cable line between the data processing rooms on levels -4 and -1 within OIP-PNZ. Extend fiber optic lines from OIP-PNZ to the supply building (fire station) to complete the ring connection.

IV. Implementation Conditions

Duration / Implementation Period: June 1, 2026 to October 23, 2026.

V. Contract Information

Payment Terms: VOB/B clauses apply. Final payment claim becomes due no later than 30 days after receipt of the final invoice.

VI. Bidding Requirements

Bid Language: German

Bid Submission Method: Electronic bid submission

Performance Security: Contract performance bond (amount: 10% of contract value) and warranty bond (amount: 3% of contract value) are required.

Company Qualification Requirements: Pre-qualified companies must prove their qualification by being listed in the pre-qualification association register (Präqualifikationsverzeichnis). Non-pre-qualified companies must submit a fully completed Form 124 "Self-Declaration of Qualification" with their bid. If subcontractors are used, proof must be provided as required that the subcontractor is pre-qualified or meets pre-qualification criteria.

Similar Project Experience Requirements: Bidders must provide evidence of projects similar to this tender executed in at most the last five full calendar years (according to VOB/A EU - reference information requirements). Information such as project name/location, client, completion date, net contract settlement amount (in million EUR) must be provided.
