II. Technical Requirements

Environmental Standards: Must comply with Lithuanian national green public procurement standards. The purchaser considers reducing environmental impact a strategic procurement goal. Bidders should reflect environmental measures in their service proposals, such as using environmentally friendly lubricants, proper disposal of waste oil and filter elements, etc.

Quality Standards:

Equipment after maintenance must meet manufacturer's technical specifications and industry standards,

Replacement parts must be original or new parts of equivalent quality,

Equipment uptime rate after repair is typically required to be above 95%.

Acceptance Criteria:

Operating parameters conform to design values (discharge pressure, capacity, temperature, vibration, etc.),

No abnormal noise or leakage,

Control system functions normally.

III. Service Information

Regular Inspections (Monthly/Quarterly):

Check equipment operating conditions, including parameters like pressure, temperature, vibration,

Check lubricant oil level and quality, top up or replace if necessary,

Clean radiators, coolers, and perform overall dust removal,

Check electrical wiring, sensors, and control systems,

Check for pipeline leaks.

Periodic Maintenance:

Replace air filter elements, oil filters, oil separators,

Replace lubricant oil,

Check and adjust belt or coupling alignment,

Check main unit bearing wear.

Overhaul Services:

Disassemble, inspect, and clean the main unit,

Replace wear parts such as bearings, oil seals, bushings,

Check rotor meshing and perform dynamic balance adjustment,

Inspect gearbox and adjust clearances.

Emergency Repair:

In case of sudden equipment failure, the supplier must respond and arrive on-site within stipulated time limits,

Common response requirement is arrival within 2-24 hours.

Service Period: 38 months.
