On May 29, the GAC Govey factory located in Huangpu District, Guangzhou was officially completed, and the first Govey multi-rotor product AirCab rolled off the production line. This milestone marks the model's transition from the prototype development phase into a new cycle of industrial mass production, airworthiness certification, and commercial deployment. The image shows the first GAC Govey multi-rotor product AirCab rolling off the line.

GAC Govey's final assembly workshop has introduced a "pulsating production line" for industrial manufacturing, with positioning accuracy reaching ±0.1mm. The flexible production line can be rapidly expanded to increase capacity. To date, GAC Govey has filed 264 patents, establishing a full-chain capability spanning technology R&D, intelligent manufacturing, and mass production delivery, providing solid technical support for the commercialization of the low-altitude economy.

In terms of production capacity, GAC Govey's Guangzhou intelligent manufacturing production line has officially commenced operations, with a designed annual capacity of 100 units. It has built a full-process intelligent manufacturing system covering parts supply, complete machine assembly, performance testing, and finished product delivery. The production line integrates aviation safety standards with automotive manufacturing processes, overcoming industry pain points such as insufficient trial production capacity and non-standard processes in the early stages, thereby laying a solid industrial foundation for batch delivery and market deployment.

On the product compliance front, GAC Govey has obtained the AS9100D aviation quality management system certification, establishing a core qualification barrier in the low-altitude sector. As an authoritative quality standard in the aviation industry, this certification covers the entire process of R&D, production, and testing. Meanwhile, the mass-produced version of the Govey multi-rotor product AirCab has successively completed key airworthiness tests, including full-aircraft static tests, system durability tests, and electromagnetic compatibility tests. GAC Govey has adopted an "aviation + automotive" integration paradigm to address industry pain points of low efficiency and high costs in aviation aircraft mass production.

The GAC Govey multi-rotor product AirCab combines flight safety attributes with civilian accessibility advantages, precisely adapting to diverse scenarios such as urban low-altitude commuting, bay area three-dimensional transportation, and short-distance business travel shuttles. It effectively solves the core challenge of flying cars being "capable of flight but difficult to use, and usable but hard to scale," providing a replicable and implementable industrialization paradigm for the commercial popularization of the industry.
