On July 28, SPIC Green Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "DianTou Green Energy") announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Da'an Jidian Green Hydrogen Energy Co., Ltd., successfully completed the first shipment of 3,750 tons of green ammonia via sea loading today for its Da'an Wind-Solar Green Hydrogen and Ammonia Synthesis Integrated Demonstration Project (hereinafter referred to as the "Da'an Project"). This batch of green ammonia was shipped to South Korea under the FOB (Lianyungang) model, marking the first large-scale international commercial delivery of domestic green ammonia products.

According to the announcement, the green ammonia exported this time was all produced by the Da'an Project, achieving the first large-scale export of green ammonia and setting a global record for the largest single batch of green ammonia exports. It successfully completed the entire process chain, including production, hazardous chemical port collection, customs declaration and inspection, and ocean transportation, verifying the commercial feasibility of the entire green hydrogen industry chain and establishing a replicable operational template for product exports.DianTou Green Energy stated that the company will continue to develop customers in regions such as the EU, Japan, and South Korea, accelerate the international sales of green ammonia, and help the green hydrogen-based energy industry achieve large-scale international commercial delivery.

Public information shows that the Da'an Project has a total investment of approximately 6.3 billion yuan. Construction began in March 2023, and trial operations officially commenced in July 2025. The project is equipped with 800MW of wind power and 200MW of solar photovoltaic new energy installations, with an annual design capacity of 32,000 tons of green hydrogen and 180,000 tons of green ammonia, making it a leading-scale wind-solar coupled green ammonia production facility in the industry. The project obtained the world's first non-biological renewable fuel ammonia certification in October 2025, possessing internationally recognized green and low-carbon credentials, laying the foundation for products to enter overseas low-carbon markets and align with international carbon reduction policies.

In fact, DianTou Green Energy had previously signed a green ammonia procurement memorandum of understanding with relevant South Korean companies. This export of 3,750 tons of green ammonia is the first actual order under this cooperation. It is reported that this batch of exported green ammonia will primarily be used for zero-carbon marine fuel and low-carbon industrial raw materials in South Korea, and can leverage the product's green certification to benefit from relevant local carbon policies.

Regarding the business impact of this export, DianTou Green Energy issued a clear statement in the announcement, noting that the export volume is limited, and the corresponding overseas revenue accounts for a relatively low proportion of the company's total annual revenue, and will not have a significant impact on the 2026 operating performance. The company also stated that this sale is a single transaction, and it will steadily advance subsequent cooperation negotiations based on factors such as changes in overseas market demand and the actual procurement pace of customers.
