On the afternoon of July 28, China Datang Corporation Co., Ltd. held the "Based on National Demonstration, Building Industry Benchmark, Deepening Technological Innovation, Constructing a New Power System—Datang Yuncheng 630°C World's First Demonstration Unit Dual-Unit Commissioning" ceremony and theme press conference.

At the press conference, Lyu Jun stated that the Datang Yuncheng 630°C National Power Demonstration Project has set world records for the highest temperature, highest pressure, highest efficiency, and lowest coal consumption for power supply among similar units, marking a new world-leading level for China's coal power technology. The dual-unit commissioning of the Yuncheng project is a landmark achievement in thoroughly implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's new energy security strategy, scaling new heights in energy technology, and overcoming key core technologies in coal power, providing strong support for building a new power system.
