Detailed introduction: The 6-29 series products feature high efficiency, flat performance curves, wear resistance, and stability. They offer excellent performance, capable of providing high pressure, and are suitable for transporting non-combustible gases, as well as particles, powders, debris, and fibers. They are commonly used in large dust collection systems, industrial flue gas desulfurization and denitrification, large industrial boiler systems, rotary kilns, calcination kilns, and mineral powder sintering systems.

①Capable of providing very high outlet pressure and working at higher medium temperatures, suitable for any industrial application requiring high-pressure and high-temperature gas transportation.
②Custom-designed according to customer performance requirements, optimized with CFD technology, resulting in lower energy consumption compared to similar models.
③The materials for the impeller and main shaft are selected based on different medium temperatures and operating speeds, using high-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-temperature alloy steel, and high-temperature high-strength alloy steel, ensuring that the impeller and main shaft maintain reliable strength even at high temperatures.
④For dusty gases, we can meet various operating conditions, from low to high dust content. The blade surface, after special treatment, achieves a hardness of HRC60-70, extending the impeller’s service life by more than three times.
⑤The mating surfaces between components are tightly matched, ensuring good sealing performance and preventing output pressure from decreasing.
⑥The impeller undergoes annealing treatment to fully eliminate internal stresses caused by welding, ensuring that the impeller does not deform or crack.
⑦The welding seams of the impeller and the main shaft are subjected to ultrasonic testing to ensure there are no welding defects or material flaws, guaranteeing strength.
⑧The impeller undergoes high-standard dynamic balancing to ensure stable operation of the fan.
⑨After production, the fan undergoes test assembly to ensure that there is no interference between components.
