The 24kV gas-insulated switchgear is one of the QLG series loop network cabinets, independently developed and produced by our company. This type of gas-insulated switchgear uses SF6 gas as the insulation and breaking medium. The load switch, vacuum circuit breaker, and live busbars are all sealed within a closed stainless steel container filled with a certain pressure of SF6 gas. The 24kV external connections utilize American/European standard bushings to connect with incoming and outgoing cables via cable joints, forming a fully insulated and fully enclosed structure that effectively prevents flooding and resists contamination, making it suitable for various harsh environments. It is widely used in 24kV loop network or terminal power supply systems.

Like other QLG series gas-insulated switchgear, the 24kV version employs high-performance SF6 insulating gas, significantly enhancing its insulation properties. Its compact structure results in a small footprint, which is highly beneficial for miniaturization development. The use of SF6 gas effectively improves the arc-extinguishing performance of the loop network cabinet. Our gas-insulated switchgear adopts a fully enclosed structure, ensuring that the core components of the switch are unaffected by external environmental conditions, greatly expanding the range of applications for this type of loop network. The maintenance-free product structure also significantly reduces maintenance work and lowers maintenance costs.
