The QLG series 40.5kV loop network cabinet, also known as the 35kV gas-insulated switchgear, is an SF6 gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear independently developed and manufactured by our company. This equipment uses SF6 gas as the insulating medium and SF6 gas or vacuum as the arc-quenching medium. The load switch, circuit breaker, and live busbars are all sealed within a closed stainless steel shell filled with a certain pressure of SF6 gas. External connections are made through bushings and cable joints, forming a fully insulated and fully enclosed structure that effectively prevents flooding and resists contamination, making it suitable for various harsh environments and ensuring operational reliability and personal safety.
The 35kV gas-insulated switchgear utilizes high-performance SF6 insulating gas, significantly enhancing its insulation properties. Its compact design results in a small footprint, which is highly advantageous for miniaturization. The use of SF6 gas effectively improves the electrical performance of the loop network cabinet. Additionally, the fully enclosed structure ensures that the core components of the switch are unaffected by external environmental conditions, greatly expanding the range of applications for this type of loop network.
