The conductor of copper-aluminum composite busbar (KFM, CMC, CFM) is a bimetallic material with a high-grade industrial conductive pure aluminum as the base and a copper outer layer formed by one-time drawing; the other is a conductive pure aluminum conductor with an advanced copper plating process on the surface to cover the conductor surface with a layer of copper. It is a new type of conductor material that combines the high-quality conductive properties and low-cost energy of aluminum with the high chemical stability and low contact resistance of copper. The special processing technology makes the overall surface of the aluminum conductor harder, and its mechanical and electrical properties are equivalent to those of the copper conductor. The soft tin-plated layer regenerated on the surface of the copper-aluminum composite further enhances the conductor's antioxidant properties and power-on quality.
