1. The fluid is not clogged
If the liquid contains solids or fibers, it is easy to clog in the valve flow path. The flow path of the control valve is straight-through, no twists and turns, and no clogging.
2. Unique V-shaped sphere
Liquids containing fibers such as pulp are embedded in the valve seat, which can cause various malfunctions in ordinary valves. The V-shaped valve has a unique V-shaped ball and metal seat, which can cut off the fiber when it is closed, and achieve complete blocking.
3. V-type PTFE packing with excellent sealing performance
The stem seal is made with a multi-V PTFE packing ring. It can play a good sealing effect under a small pressure, and because of the small friction coefficient, it does not affect the opening torque.
4. Stem bearing
Reinforced PTFE bearings are used on the friction surface of the upper and lower stems to reduce friction and greatly reduce the operating torque.
5. Unique eccentric structure
There is a certain eccentricity between the upper and lower stems and the center of the runner, and the V-ball is in contact with the seat in the fully closed position to achieve sealing, while the V-ball is completely out of contact with the seat at other opening positions. This reduces the wear of the seat and ball, which greatly reduces the operating torque and increases the service life.
6. Excellent control and regulation characteristics
As a valve for special fluid regulation, the V-type ball valve has a wide range of performance, and can adjust any opening from full open to full shut, and the flow characteristics are secondary.
