The liquid-driven rodless oil production system consists of driving equipment, control equipment, and downhole equipment.

Driving Equipment: Includes a motor and high-pressure water pump, responsible for providing power to the downhole pump unit.

Control Equipment: Includes a control cabinet, water tank, directional valve system (directional valve + hydraulic station), filter, solenoid valve, flow meter, etc.

Downhole Equipment: Downhole oil pump.

The liquid-driven rodless oil production system is mainly used in oil fields such as Xinjiang, Yanchang, and Jilin, as well as for dewatering and gas extraction in coalbed methane and shale gas wells. It has been applied in over 20 wells, with the longest continuous operation reaching 1,150 days and still ongoing. The system operates smoothly, requires simple maintenance, and has proven to be stable, effectively solving customer problems.
