GSR6-24 intelligent environmentally friendly gas-insulated metal-enclosed ring main unit is an environmentally friendly gas-insulated switchgear specially launched by our company for 20kV distribution network. The cabinet can integrate online monitoring functions such as cable temperature measurement, partial discharge monitoring, ambient temperature and humidity, circuit breaker characteristics, and switch life. The operating status of the ring main unit can be checked in real time through the display screen on the panel, realizing the intelligent upgrade of the ring main unit, and providing customers with protection-level product quality and life cycle guarantee.

• The gas tank adopts automatic laser welding technology, and the annual gas leakage rate is ≤01%.
• The entire equipment cabinet is continuously and reliably grounded, and the cable connectors are fully insulated and touchable, so there is no risk of electric shock for operators and maintenance personnel.

2. Green and environmentally friendly, high efficiency and energy saving

• Uses dry air as insulating gas, which is environmentally friendly, GWP<1, and is suitable for various ambient temperatures.
• Adopting a fully insulated and fully enclosed structural design, the product requires no maintenance throughout its life cycle, and gas does not need to be recycled, saving maintenance costs.

• It can integrate a variety of sensing elements, such as cable head temperature sensors, cabinet partial discharge monitoring sensors, temperature and humidity detection sensors, and mechanical characteristics monitoring sensors, to achieve full status monitoring of the ring main unit. It can enhance the transparency of related nodes in the distribution network to more easily monitor and control the distribution system, improve cost-effectiveness, and extend the product life cycle.
