The ZZG series vibrating feeder operates with stable vibration, reliable performance, and a long lifespan. It features a simple structure, reliable operation, easy adjustment and installation, and convenient maintenance. The vibration motor speed can be adjusted via the control cabinet. The excitation force can be adjusted by changing the angle of the counterweight blocks inside the motor, thereby adjusting the amplitude of the feeder (the excitation force is set to the maximum position when the motor leaves the factory). Note that when adjusting, the angle scales on both ends of the motor must be equal and aligned on the same side.

The vibrating feeder uses a vibration motor to generate vibration, resulting in low noise, low power consumption, excellent adjustability, and no material flushing.
